Went there for dinner last year. Unfortunately I didn't like it at all. My goulash soup was also the sauce my colleague had with his dish ... I don't have to have it again.

"Can you read..." ? Will I get hit when I asked if the seats in the Schwemme are available? The signs weren't that clear, but as a guest I don't have to be sniffed at. Solid food, prices of the old town accordingly predatory. Not to be recommended as Cologne.

Possibly my favourite of the many Kölsch Beers I tried. Nice location, slightly away from the noise and bustle of the main Altstadt. Friendly and efficient staff.

Typical brauhaus with the typical dishes. As long as your beer tag is not on your lager glass, they will keep filling up. Delicious eaten. It's just a shame they didn't want to grant the 15% discount on the food. We were entitled to this according to our Kolner Carte.

Food was just bad. Overpriced and poor quality. Kölsch stop Sion, although it tastes even better here than in most other shops. But often have great events - e.g. Wicky Junggeburth or Kölsche Leedermacher.

Well-known downtown Cologne brew pub and restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The dishes are mainly local specialties. The food is tasty and the Sion Kölsch beer is plentiful and quickly served by the waiter.

Beer good. Please do not order schnitzel and chops are fried too much breading and there is no seasoning. Not to mention the fat. Got stomach upset from eating. Wasn't that great.

I put three stars because what I ate was absolutely good but not as good as other parts (4 *) and they made more unknown people sit at the same table. It wasn't a "private" table and it's not my favorite way to eat ? But if you like it, I recommend the place. A very bad episode that I want to tell, but it has nothing to do with the restaurant, nor with the vote, was: The people we were at the table with (an elderly gentleman, a woman of about 50 and a girl of about 20/30, German) laughed at us when we were with google translate to translate the menu. And when I said in German thank you to the waiter they are blanched with shame. They thought we didn't understand. And nothing. Pure rudeness. But I repeat the restaurant I recommend it. The waiters are very kind and speak English. ?

The fried potatoes could have been a little more crispy. The service was brisk and friendly but a bit overworked because it had just started to rain and storm outside and many of them, like we had looked for shelter. Corona-wise everything is good. Quaint ambience. YHW

Very friendly staff, the negative reviews are in my opinion not to be followed. We enjoyed our beer here at this brewery for a long time and were completely satisfied. No, the consumption of alcohol did not have a negative impact on our comprehension. We are already looking forward to our next one Visit.

I cannot understand the positive reviews at all. And I am not demanding. Everything was underground. Service unfriendly, constantly smoking in a corner. Disinterest, masks hanging on the chin and not only my waitress was like that. Eating terrible. Every snack around the corner is better. Really. Without exaggerating. In addition, it was dirty. Absolutely 100% not recommendable
